James Gorey is the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we have spoken to a lot whilst trying to find our new property! We bought a property from him so this review is about the service we received on the buying side. He was incredibly professional throughout the negotiation process. He gave us advice whilst not blurring the lines between the buyer and the seller and was very quick and efficient at replying to all of our queries. On our moving day he helped chase the solicitors for us so that we could get our keys and when we were ready, he met us at our new home and gave us a very warm welcome. If we ever had to move house again we would definitely use James Gorey on the selling side as our experience on the buying side couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend!

2020 was a really challenging year, but Paul Fryer made everything about this sale easy from start to finish. Within a week of marketing our property we had numerous viewings, one of which proceeded to offer within only 2 weeks and the house was sold. James Gorey Estate Agents were very professional from the outset and they made the interest of their client their priority. They found a buyer for my property shortly after marketing it. The selling price James negotiated was slightly above my expectation and their commission was very reasonable.
