He was far more upbeat and positive about the housing market at the time than other agents and gave me confidence that he and his team would achieve a good price for the property I was looking to sell. Exceptional service. Where to start? I have heard many stories of bad experiences with estate agents so was not expecting much. James has far exceeded those expectations and more. The moment we met James whilst valuing our property, we knew we would list with him - his property knowledge and local area insight and experience proved we were in safe hands.

After that initial visit, the property was on sale with professional pictures and floor plan within 48 hours! We then found our dream house online and then the pressure was on to find a buyer for us a buyer in rapid time, to ensure we didn’t miss out! This is exactly what James did for us, in such incredible short timescales - bang on our asking price!
